Elite Demo and Junk Removal
Dump trailer tipping a load at the Guadalupe County landfill working face

Service area

Where we work

Based in San Marcos, Hays County. The usual radius runs about 35 miles, which puts most of the I-35 corridor between Austin and San Antonio inside a normal day.

  • San Marcos base
  • 35 mile radius
  • Hays, Comal, Travis
  • No street address

The radius

One truck, one corridor

San Marcos sits about halfway between Austin and San Antonio on I-35. That is the whole logic of the service area. From the base, Kyle is a few exits north and New Braunfels is a few exits south. Austin and San Antonio are each a straight shot off the same on ramp.

Thirty five miles covers that comfortably. Jobs have gone further. There is a hot tub pull in unincorporated Guadalupe County and a smoker haul out of Burnet County in the photo library, both well outside the line. Distance is a pricing question, not a wall.

Elite Demo and Junk Removal has no yard and no storefront. It is a service area business. The crew comes to the address, loads, and the load leaves with them.

How far each one is

Road miles from San Marcos, rounded. Use it to gauge how your job fits the route.

Named, but no page yet

Dripping Springs and Spring Branch are both in the service area. So is Guadalupe County, where a hot tub came off a backyard deck, and the county landfill on FM 1150 where the loads get tipped. If your town is not written down anywhere on this site, that is not a no. Call (210) 723-9325 and say where you are.

What we haul

Same list everywhere

The service list does not change by city. Junk removal, furniture, mattresses, appliances, construction debris, yard waste, hot tubs and trampolines. Garage, estate and property cleanouts. Deck, fence, shed and interior demolition.

What changes by city is what people actually call about. Each city page says what that is there.

Service area questions

How far do you go?
The normal working radius is about 35 miles from San Marcos. That covers Hays County, most of Comal and Travis, and reaches into Williamson and Bexar. Past that it comes down to the size of the load and the day. Call (210) 723-9325 and ask.
Does it cost more the further out I am?
Distance is one of the things that goes into the number, along with the volume, the weight and how far the load has to be carried to the trailer. You get the price before anyone starts loading.
My town is not on this list. Do you still come?
Probably. Named in the service area but without a page yet: Dripping Springs and Spring Branch. There is documented work in Guadalupe County and up in Burnet County too. Call and say where you are.
Where does the load actually go?
To the landfill. The photo library has shots of the trailer tipping at the Guadalupe County landfill on FM 1150. Metal and usable items get pulled out where it makes sense.
Do you have an office I can come to?
No. Elite Demo and Junk Removal is a service area business with no yard and no storefront. The work happens at your address and the phone is how it gets scheduled.
