What is already loose gets carried out and loaded. Out of the bedroom, off the patio, out of the trash enclosure or off the jobsite floor. Nothing has to be dragged to the curb first.

This is the part most junk companies in this market do not do. The deck, the fence, the shed or the interior comes apart first, then the debris leaves on the same trailer instead of waiting on a second contractor.

How a number gets set

Junk removal is priced by the load. Three things move the number: how much room it takes on the trailer, how heavy it is, and how far it has to be carried to get there. A curbside couch and the same couch out of a third floor apartment are not the same job.

Demolition is priced off the structure instead. Size, what it is built out of, and what is holding it down. A deck on concrete footings is more work than one sitting on blocks.

What is the difference between junk removal and demolition?
Junk removal is loading and hauling what is already loose: furniture, appliances, boxes, brush, bagged trash. Demolition is taking the structure apart first. A deck, a fence, a shed, a trampoline or an interior that has to come out before anything can be loaded. We do both, so the tear out and the haul off happen on the same trip.

Is there anything you will not haul?
Hazardous waste. Paint, solvents, motor oil, pool chemicals, pesticides, propane tanks, asbestos and medical waste all have to go through a licensed disposal route, not a dump trailer. Everything else on this page is normal work. If you are not sure what you have, ask on the call.
Do you take single items or only full loads?
Single items are normal work. One mattress out of a second floor apartment, one washer out of a garage, one hot tub off a patio. Call with what you have.

San Marcos is the base and the working radius runs about 35 miles out, which covers Kyle, Buda, Austin, New Braunfels, San Antonio, Round Rock and Cedar Park. Jobs in the photo library also land in Guadalupe County and Burnet County, so if you are outside the list, call and ask.
