A trash enclosure at a managed property in Kyle, stuffed to the gate. A mattress standing on end, a dryer, a recliner, boxes, and the usual overflow that follows once residents see that the bin area is already full.
None of it belongs in a dumpster. Appliances, mattresses and furniture get refused by the hauler, so they sit there and the pile grows. This is the job that resets it.

The enclosure was the problem
The before photo is a trash enclosure packed past the gate with a mattress, a dryer, a recliner and boxes. Once that happens the bins cannot be serviced and every resident starts stacking on the ground.

A washer and dryer are the heaviest single items in a pile like this and the ones a bin will not take. They come out first so there is room to work the rest.

Furniture, mattress, then the loose stuff
Sectional and recliner next, mattress on top of the soft layer, then lumber, boxes and the Christmas tree filling the gaps. The after photo is that load on the trailer.

Enclosure usable again
The gate closes, the bins are reachable and the truck can service them. That is the actual deliverable on a property job.
A note on refrigerators
Washers, dryers, ranges and dishwashers go on the trailer as they are. Anything with a sealed refrigerant system, a fridge, freezer or window unit, has to be handled under the rules for that refrigerant. Say what you have on the call so it is planned for.
